A KDSP is a Key Service Delivery Partner (an organisation that is contracted or appointed by NZTA to deliver regulatory products or services).
For the purposes of Repair Certification, KSDPs employ Entry Certifiers to carry out entry certification inspections for vehicles entering or re-entering the New Zealand fleet. KSDPs are required to refer vehicles to Repair Certifiers for assessment if they suspect a vehicle has undergone any previous repairs, or requires repairs necessary to bring the vehicle back to within safe tolerance of the state of the vehicle when manufactured.
