04 Dec New Information Sheet – Conflict of Interest

 While the Notice of Appointment (NoA) and Light Vehicle Repair Certification Vehicle Inspection Requirements Manual (Repair VIRM) cover what Repair Certifiers need to do when an actual or perceived conflict of interest occurs, this Information Sheet has been developed to provide clarification to support the information in both documents. 

This Information Sheet also outlines the Repair Certifiers’ responsibilities under both documents and offers practical guidance to help meet those obligations.
